The Chilean supercar will become a new model in the Hot Wheels collection

Mattel, the famous manufacturer of collectible cars Hot Wheels, announced the winner of the prestigious Hot Wheels Legends Tour competition. In 2024, the main prize went to the exclusive racing car La Liebre from Chile. This impressive sports car, distinguished by spectacular lifting doors and an impressive spoiler, will be immortalized in the form of a miniature model of 1:64 scale and will go on sale on the international market, auto.ru reports. La Liebre was created by the non-profit organization Cars and Coffee Chile, which actively develops automobile culture in its country. The project's engineers built the car on a significantly modified Ford Falcon platform, equipping it with a unique fiberglass body. Under the hood of the supercar is a powerful 5,7-liter Chevrolet engine, developing 600 horsepower. The engine works in tandem with a five-speed manual transmission. Thanks to the well-thought-out design, the car weighs only 900 kilograms.
