Diplomats of Turkmenistan and France Discuss New Partnership Directions

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Ahmet Gurbanov, held a meeting with the French Ambassador to Turkmenistan, Philippe Merlin. According to the press service of the Turkmen Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral relations, emphasizing their consistent nature across political, economic, and cultural-humanitarian areas. The diplomats highlighted the positive experience of cooperation on international platforms and discussed expanding collaboration in areas such as energy, logistics, construction, agriculture, and green technologies. Effective cooperation in fields like speleology, archaeology, and French language studies was also noted. At the conclusion of the meeting, Ahmet Gurbanov and Philippe Merlin expressed mutual commitment to further strengthening and expanding bilateral cooperation.
