Pilgrims from Turkmenistan Gave Sadaqah During Hajj for the Eid al-Adha Holiday

Pilgrims from Turkmenistan, currently in Mecca and Medina to perform Hajj, collectively gave sadaqah (charitable offerings) during the celebration of Eid al-Adha. According to the Turkmenistan newspaper, traditional national dishes were prepared for the occasion and graciously offered to all visiting guests. Prayers were offered asking that the sadaqah and the Hajj performed during the sacred Eid al-Adha holiday be accepted by the Almighty. It should be noted that this year, 2,844 Turkmen pilgrims were sent to the holy sites of the Islamic world to perform Hajj during Eid al-Adha. The trips of 289 of them were supported by the government.
