The President of Turkmenistan made personnel changes in the judicial system

Personnel decisions in the judicial system were made by the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who signed a Decree on the appointment and dismissal of court judges and the assignment of qualification classes to them. As TDH reports, in accordance with Articles 54, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Court”, the head of state decided: appoint Ovezmyrat Sapargeldievich Byashimov as deputy chairman of the Balkan velayat court; appoint Atajan Akmyradovich Rozyev as a judge of the Kaakhka etrap court of the Ahal velayat, dismissing him from the post of judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Kopetdag etrap court of the city of Ashgabat; appoint Sukhanberdieva Yazjemal Sultanmuratovna as a judge of the Akdepe etrap court of Dashoguz velayat and assign her the 5th qualification class; appoint Ezizmyrat Akmyradovich Annaev as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap court of the city of Ashgabat and assign him the 5th qualification class; to appoint Rakhymov Bayramgeldi Charyberdievich as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Kerkinsky etrap court of Lebap velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class.
