President of Turkmenistan Meets with Executive Director of Kawasaki

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with Kenji Sanada, Executive Director of the Japanese corporation Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd., TDH reports. During the meeting, it was noted that the Japanese company highly values the favorable business climate created in Turkmenistan and the country’s achievements in economic modernization. The parties emphasized that trade and economic relations are among the key areas of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Japan. Business-to-business engagement is reaching a qualitatively new level and continues to grow successfully. In this context, the significant contribution of Japanese companies to unlocking the economic potential of both countries was highlighted. Turkmenistan and Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd. have been cooperating effectively for many years. Several major projects have been implemented in the country with the participation of the corporation. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the opportunities for strengthening and expanding the partnership in new directions, reaffirming Turkmenistan's openness to business cooperation with the Japanese corporation.
