Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov invited to visit Azerbaijan

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with an invitation to visit Azerbaijan, TDH writes. In his address, the head of Azerbaijan emphasized that the countries are linked by "bonds of friendship and brotherhood, stemming from the will of peoples who are united by common roots, as well as moral and cultural values." Ilham Aliyev especially noted the personal contribution of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the development of interstate relations and strategic partnership between the two countries. "We are pleased with the sustainable development of fraternal Turkmenistan and the growth of its international authority, thanks to your far-sighted and thoughtful policy," the message says. The President of Azerbaijan expressed confidence that the upcoming visit "will contribute to the further development of relations and strengthening of cooperation between the countries." In conclusion of the letter, Ilham Aliyev wished Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov good health, happiness and success in his work, and the fraternal people of Turkmenistan - eternal prosperity and well-being.
