A new wagon repair plant is planned for construction in Turkmenistan

The open joint-stock company "Demirýollary" has announced an open international tender for the design and turnkey construction of a wagon repair plant in the Kyzyl-Arvat district of the Balkan region, with landscaping of the surrounding area, as reported by the newspaper Neutral Turkmenistan. To participate in the tender, applicants must submit the following to the OJSC "Demirýollary," located at 7 S. Turkmenbashi Avenue, Ashgabat: An application to participate in the tender indicating the full name of the applicant, its legal status, and details, along with registration and founding documents of the applicant, a power of attorney, and a copy of the applicant's representative's passport; Obtain the lot specifications and technical requirements; Obtain a set of tender documents; Pay $200 USD (including $26.086 in VAT) per lot. The bank account details for the transfer will be provided upon submission of a written application. Tender proposals will be accepted for consideration only after funds have been credited to the account of OJSC "Demirýollary." Note: Companies registered in or with bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted in the tender process. Tender documents should be submitted separately in two packages (technical and commercial proposal) to the above address from 9:00 to 18:00 local time daily at rooms 310 and 306 of OJSC "Demirýollary" (3rd floor).
