Developers of Arkadag city medical cluster facilities have been determined

In Turkmenistan, the construction of the first stage of the medical cluster of the city of Arkadag is beginning. The corresponding resolution was signed on January 10 by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov at the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers. According to the document, construction work will begin in January 2025, and the commissioning of the facilities with full readiness for operation is scheduled for January 2027. The State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan is allowed to conclude contracts with local and foreign enterprises for the design and construction of facilities. The Saýaly Menzil economic society, headed by Ashyrmyrat Kulyyev, received a contract for the construction of the administrative building of the medical cluster. The company already has successful experience in the construction of the first stage of the city - it built several five-story residential buildings with 30 and 40 apartments, as well as a kindergarten for 320 children. "Dost gurluşyk, söwda,önümçilik" headed by Nurmuhammet Meredov will be engaged in the creation of engineering infrastructure. The company specializes in the implementation of advanced technologies and will undertake the construction of water supply systems, sewerage, storm sewers and other communications. Previously, the organization successfully implemented similar projects in Ashgabat and other regions of the country. The private enterprise "Ajaýyp gurluşyk" under the leadership of Berdimyrat Garlyev will build a carpet weaving factory and the National Museum of Turkmen Carpet and Handicrafts. Over 10 years of operation, the company has accumulated significant experience in the construction of administrative and socio-cultural facilities. The company "Mukaddes gün", headed by Ismayil Menliev, will provide the energy component of the project - it will build a 220/110/10 kW electrical substation for the medical cluster. In parallel, the company is building residential buildings as part of the second stage of the city's development, including five-story buildings and two-story cottages.
