New Infrastructure Facilities Opened in the City of Arkadag
New infrastructure facilities were inaugurated in the city of Arkadag, according to TDH. A ceremonial opening of the renovated bridge at the intersection of Gökdepe and Keymir Kör Avenues took place in a festive atmosphere, attended by a large number of city residents. The bridge is 627 meters long, 29.5 meters wide, and 9 meters high. The roadway on each side is over 12 meters wide, with a 5-meter-wide median strip. Pedestrian walkways and green spaces have been arranged on both sides of the bridge. During the ceremony, balloons and white doves — symbols of peace — were released into the sky, followed by the cutting of a ceremonial ribbon. The inauguration of the new infrastructure was accompanied by symbolic events. A wedding procession drove down the newly opened avenues, symbolizing the formation of a new family in the young city. Simultaneously, festively decorated cars announced the birth of a child at the Arkadag medical center. The ceremony concluded with performances by creative groups and artists along the illuminated avenues of the city.
